This is Dublin’s latest yoga studio, Sweaty Soul, above Foodie Cafe in Dublin’s IFSC. It’s run by yoga instructor and blogger Molly McKeever aka Molly Pocket, whose sellout yoga retreats (with BFF Chloe Harris who just so happens to run Foodie) have been a roaring success.
Classes, taught by the Sweaty Soul crew (L-R), Pilates instructor Katie Holmes (not that Katie Holmes), yogi Katie Coldrick, Pilates and ballet barre aficionado Gigi Tynan and owner Molly, include iron yoga – done with hand weights – and HIIT yoga, inspired by classes in London and NY, with the emphasis, says Molly, “on getting seriously sweaty!”
Sweaty Soul also has mat Pilates, ballet barre and vinyasa classes, with drop-ins costing €17 and a one-month introductory pass available at €69.
But to celebrate the opening, the first three classes at Sweaty Soul – tomorrow at 12.15pm, and two on Saturday, at 10am and 11am, are free. Spaces are limited to 12 per class, and you’ve to register using the app Glofox (search “Sweaty Soul”) or online on Molly’s site.
We’ll see you at the mat!
