This Landlord Makes His Tenants Agree To An Extremely Peculiar Set Of Rules

This is either incredibly strange or pure genius.

This list of tenancy rules was posted on Imgur a few days ago, it seems that this particular landlord has had some very specific problems with previous tenants and he’s had enough.

Some of these included late night music complaints, excessive yodelling, and the wrestling of other tenants in the laundry room while wearing Mexican fighting attire. So standard tenant problems then.

In fairness, they all seem pretty reasonable to me.
