Sadly, many of us were unable to pick up tickets for Coldplay’s hotly-anticipated Croke Park performance, with tickets selling out in less than one hour last October.
However, there is another way to get up close and personal with a member of the soft rock quartet: literally just wait on O’Connell Street. It’s cheaper too!
That’s where Jamie bumped into Chris Martin yesterday, where he kindly posed for pictures and promised to dedicate a song for the fan.

Apparently, Martin was on his way to the cinema during this encounter, so a question remains: is he a Cineworld man or more of a Savoy guy?
