Having said that, walking down Grafton Street this morning I think I spotted the most deserving recipient of a clamp ever. Not only had they driven up a pedestrianised Grafton Street, but they'd also "parked" their car between Brown Thomas and Marks & Spencer.
Pretty slick car so maybe they just said feck it and pulled up there to get some goodies in BT and just accepted the €80 fine.
