Here Are The 18 Most Christmassy Spots You Can Visit In Dublin

Sarah

I think we can all agree that Christmas-time in Dublin is special.

As soon as the twinkly lights go up on Grafton St, the atmosphere in the city changes and becomes extra happy and magical. After-work drinks are a must as the evenings get dark and cosy, and the streets are filled with people dashing around buying gifts for loved ones.

If you need to fill up on some Christmas cheer, Dublin has lots of iconic spots where even that Grinch mate of yours would get into the festive spirit.

Here’s 20 of the most iconic Crimbo places in town:

Johnson’s Court

This little lane way off Grafton St is a personal favourite. It’s like walking through your own private Winter Wonderland.

Henry Street

The lights, the huge crowds, and the ladies at the street stalls shouting “wrapping paper, two for a fiiiiiver” all add up to make this a classic Christmas street.
