Well isn’t this just lovely?
The Back Page, one of our favourite pubs in Dublin, is hosting their annual Italia ’90 Day this Sunday.
As part of all the festivities, the lads have decided to honour the late great Bill O’Herlihy with a giant mural on the gable end of the pub. The artwork is a collaboration between Póg Mo Goal, Omin and The Back Page.
Feast your eyes on the unbelievable work which spans two-storeys…
What a brilliant tribute.
Head along to The Back Page this May Bank Holiday Sunday to check it out! There’ll be plenty of Italia ’90 match footage and highlights, penalty shootouts, Italia ’90 Guess Who, music of the era, an Italia ’90 quiz, as well as pints galore and delish Big Blue Bus pizza.
Okey doke?
