We’re Hosting An Exclusive Event At This Hidden Bar For St Patrick’s Day

seank

St Patrick’s Day, the day we celebrate all things Irish, is fast approaching and what better place to mark the occasion than the home of our most iconic beer: the Guinness Storehouse.

We’ve teamed up with the good folks at Guinness Storehouse to kickstart Paddy’s Day festivities this year with a series of exclusive events in the brewery’s best kept secret, The Connoisseur Bar.

Inside this hidden gem, under the guidance of a Guinness Storehouse Beer Specialist, you’ll be invited to enjoy the best pint of the Black Stuff in Dublin, as well as a selection of other Guinness brews.

Not only that, but in this luxurious leatherclad hideaway each brew will be enjoyed alongside some sumptuous food pairings.

The four sessions will take place on Thursday March 16 (6.30pm), Friday March 17 (3pm) and twice on Saturday March 18 (12pm & 3pm).

A Guinness pairing menu has been specially made by Executive Chef Justin O’Connor for the event to complement the food with the beers’ rich flavours, and it will include popcorn and crispy pork rinds, tempura cod cheeks & red chilli aioli paired with Hop House 13, as well as a Guinness burger & skin on fries with red chutney paired with Guinness Foreign Extra Stout.

This will be followed by an intriguingly mysterious “special dessert” that’s been created in partnership with one of Dublin’s favourite sweet spots and paired with Guinness Draught.

How does that grab you?

After your intimate session, explore the seven-storey Guinness Storehouse, have a pint in Gravity Bar and enjoy the tunes – Irish rock group Na Fíanna will be performing specially for the annual St Patrick’s Festival taking place from March 16-19.

Guests will be met at the Tour Desk entrance of the Guinness Storehouse where their Guinness Beer Specialist will usher them into the Connoisseur experience.

Ticket for these events are €59.95 and you can pick them up HERE.

Our last Guinness Storehouse event sold like hot cakes, so we suggest you book your place quick for a Paddy’s Day to remember.
