The Place And Date For Dublin’s Homecoming Parade Has Been Revealed

Alan Fisher

Thousands are expected to hit the streets to celebrate Dublin winning five in a row, but they will have to wait a while.

Normally, the homecoming parade takes place pretty soon after winning the All Ireland but this year it’s has been provisionally booked in for Sunday, September 29.

There is also a chance that it will be changed from its usual spot in Smithfield to Merrion Square.

In saying that, this is all provisional because if the Dublin Ladies team can also win later today, there will be a joint homecoming celebration.

An announcement on the homecoming will take place after today’s final.

Best of luck to the ladies who kick off at 4 pm today and take on Galway.

Can they make it three in a row?
