Dublin Theatre Festival
Established in 1957, Dublin Theatre Festival is an annual event that brings together artists, theatre-makers and audiences from Ireland and around the world. The festival currently takes place over 18 days from the last Thursday in September to the second Saturday in October. Check out their website for the full programme.
Dublin Festival Of History
The vision of the Dublin Festival of History is to provide those with an interest in history and who enjoy reading history for pleasure, an opportunity to listen and discuss a variety of history topics with authors and historians of national and international renown. Starting tomorrow and running until the 8th of October, there is definitely something for everyone.
Theatre of Shadows
Theatre of Shadows presents a unique experience this Saturday. Prisoner 270914 has escaped and you have to track him down! This is something fun to do with the kids or your nieces & nephews.
Dublin Live Art Fest
Dublin Live Art Fest began yesterday and is running until Sunday. You can enjoy some of the best live performance art from Dublin and overseas in Th MART in Rathmines. There’s a number of different events on so check out their website for more information.
Alt-J Live at 3Arena
There’s still time to buy tickets for Alt-J’s performance at the 3Arena this Saturday. Alt-J are a favourite in our office and we often have there album playing in the background, they’re definitely a band worth checking out this weekend.
Brews We Plate
Does the weekend fly past too quickly for your liking? Well then you may as well go out on Monday too. Brews We Plate who we have mentioned before are holding a pop up this Monday. They create beautiful food and pair it with delicious craft beers, definitely an experience.
