UCD Plan To Raise €20,000 For Charity This Week But They Need Your Help

Over the next five days, UCD Students’ Union will be hosting over 30 events in the hopes of raising over €20,000 for four Irish charities.

All funds raised will go to Youth Suicide Prevention Ireland, Dublin Rape Crisis Centre, the Peter McVerry Trust and a fund for survivors of the Berkeley tragedy last summer.

UCD Students’ Union pledged to raise €100,000 for Youth Suicide Prevention Ireland last November and have since raised €32,760 by organising a mass charity skydive and a naked charity calendar. 

We’ve had huge success fundraising so far with the skydive and naked calendar. We want to draw attention to what we’re doing. We’ll be all over Dublin today in a huge bucket collection
