Coppers Issue Warning To People Who Lose Or Have Lost Property In Their Nightclub

Hands up if you’ve ever been to Coppers? (Sorry, that was a really stupid question). 

Now, hands up if you’ve ever lost any of your personal items in Coppers?

Many a warm, big branded jacket has been left behind in the cloakroom of the famous nightclub on Harcourt Street.

Reasons often include: Loss of ticket, loss of wallet with said ticket inside it and loss of memory from too much drink and dancing and forgetting that you ever had a jacket with you to start with.

Well, the nightclub has told the public that the next time they come to Coppers seeking shots and the shift, the better make sure to take any attire they came in with home. 

They took to social media to post a video of 20% of black bags that they collected of people’s personal belongings.

The post reads: “This is about 20% of our lost property. Please stop forgetting your jackets!”

Coppers, we’re really sorry and while we will try our hardest to take your warning on board, we really can’t promise anything.
