The expansive menu includes their healthy hangover breakfast (poached eggs, two turkey rashers, two turkey sausages, grilled tomato, spinach & mushrooms, baked beans with a slice of our freshly baked wholemeal brown bread), wholemeal buttermilk pancakes (with a choice of mixed berry coulis, organic honey, maple syrup or organic natural yoghurt), a creamy avocado and white wrap (red cabbage, carrot, white beans, avocado, red onion and cheddar cheese on a wholemeal wrap), and lo-cal lasagna ( lean ground beef & pork mince with carrot, spinach, onion, mushroom and tomato in our creamy white sauce layered with a courgette and wholemeal pasta combo).

There's also an impressive array of healthy sweets (because we understand you must be weaned off the goodies after the festive season), including paleo chocolate brownies, frozen chocolate bananas, and granola bars with lo-cal custard pots.
