Now for your daily dose of food porn, behold the Salted Caramel Oreo Skillet Cookie.
Posted on the brilliant food blog Annie’s Noms, the hugely indulgent treat (but definitely not overindulgent, because it’s too perfect) combines everything in this world that’s beautiful takes just 30 minutes to prepare.
Gaze upon its beauty.
You’ll need: homemade cookie dough, a package of crushed Oreos and chocolate chips (that you’ll mix into the dough), salted caramel syrup (shop bought is fine), and a skillet.
Spread the cookie dough across the pan and coat it in a thick layer of salted caramel syrup. Then pour on some more cookie dough, and top it off with crushed Oreo pieces.
Pop it in the oven at 180 degrees for 23-28 minutes, at which point it should be gooey beauty.
When it comes out of the oven, smother it in more caramel sauce, whipped cream, and more crushed Oreos.
