As we wade into election season, politicians are out there making all sorts of promises to win votes.
Two of the biggest issues for the general public are homelessness and the bailing out of the banks and building societies.
While we may think that lots of progress is being made, this tweet from Tom Lyons puts things into perspective dramatically.
