The summer has only just been laid to rest and already people in Dublin are gathering material for Halloween bonfires.
Dublin Fire Brigade has posted an image on Twitter depicting a big pile of tires that someone has collected in the run up to October 31. Alongside the photo, they have advised anyone who witnesses such behaviour to report it to their local council.
