Dublin Fire Brigade Rescued A Man From The Liffey Yesterday

Alana Laverty

A man was saved in a group effort by Dublin’s heroes yesterday.

Dublin Fire Brigade and Gardaí worked side by side in rescuing a man from The Liffey yesterday morning.

Gardaí helped the man stay afloat using a life buoy on Sir John Rogerson quay.

Dublin Fire Brigade respond to roughly 100 river rescue calls every year.

Fair play lads and lasses.
