Sofar is a global community made up of an expanding network of artists and music lovers.
This community is attempting to create a new way to listen to live music – and it may be one of the most exciting things to happen to gigs in years.
They’re attempting to set up a global festival, called Give A Home, in association with Amnesty International – where they organise 300+ gigs across 60 countries on one day – September 20.

Location is yet to be confirmed, but as the Give A Home event page declares – it could be anywhere from a local park to a living room.
