Located at Unit 13 Blackwater Road Glasnevin Industrial Estate and previously at a kiosk in Ballsbridge – Silverskin Coffee was a morning ritual to anyone who had the pleasure of passing it.
However, the times, they are a-changin’ – and Silverskin Coffee is about to say goodbye to its kiosks, once and for all.
Sad news ???? Irish-owned @silverskin_ #coffee at the Kiosk to close on Friday. Rumor that faceless chain will go in. Will boycott. #endofanera pic.twitter.com/mrcfTC78Va

Silverskin themselves are an award-winning Irish owned and operated boutique coffee roasting company, serving us the best hand-roasted beans you can get your hands on.
They took pride in every cup they made, and interesting flavours (such as their seasonal espresso) brought them on to win Best Coffee in the Best Of Dublin awards, back in 2014.
Rumour has it that in its place will be a ‘faceless chain’, taking over the independent stand that once was.
Sad, sad times.
Have you ever gotten a coffee from Silverskin? Well, if so, leave them a comment on their Facebook page and show some love.
So long Silverskin.
You’ve been just great.
