Iceland – so hot right now.
But now they're flying us across the Atlantic to New York... for the slightly-hard-to-believe price of €129.
WOW Airlines – Iceland's answer to Ryanair – announced the route today, with scheduled services due to kick off on November 25.
The airline already operates a route between Dublin and Rekya... Rekaj... the Icelandic capital, and this airport will also be used as a stop-off for the New York route.
According to MD Skúli Mogensen:
We are delighted to announce the addition of New York to our our fast growing network from Ireland. New York is a popular destination for Irish travelers and it will now be more affordable than ever.
