1. Bernard Shaw Night Market, Bernard Shaw
Have you always wanted to be the person who spends their Sundays wandering around markets, but have never wanted to sacrifice a lie-in?
On from 1pm – 9pm, at The Bernard Shaw, South Richmond Street.
2. Yes Equality Roof Party, Spinster
Celebrate the two year anniversary of when Ireland said yes at Spinster this Saturday from 11pm.
Deadly drinks promos and tunes promised all night long, and all profits from the night will be going to the Coalition to Repeal the Eighth Amendment.
3. Justin Timberlake & The Tennessee Kids: Jonathan Demme, The Sugar Club
JT is one hell of a performer. So much so that Academy Award winner Jonathan Demme only went and filmed Timberlake’s final date of his 20/20 Experience World Tour at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas for a documentary.
This truly magnetic performance is being shown from 8pm at The Sugar Club .
4. Free History and Archeology Lecture on The Spanish Armada, Lincoln Place
This highly-commended talk is just the ticket for history buffs. A full explanation of the implications for Ireland on the ill-fated Spanish Armada.
And while this doesn’t kick off until Wednesday, May 24 – this will sell out, and tickets should be booked (just email here: [email protected] ) immediately. Located at the Instituto Cervantes, Café Literario, Lincoln House, Lincoln Place, this event is free and goes on from 6:30pm – 8:30pm.
5. Paddy Casey Live, Whelan’s
After a five year hiatus, Paddy Casey has returned to grace the music venues of Ireland with his talent .
As one of Ireland’s most popular artists, Paddy has had the pleasure of sharing the stage with U2 on their Vertigo Tour, while also selling a week long sold out residencies in the Olympia Theatre and the RDS. He has also featured heavily on the international stage having been invited onto and performed on the Hit American CBS Chat Show ” The Late Show” with David Letterman.

6. A Store Is Born, Clarendon Street
This incredible vintage store , only open on Saturdays, is definitely worth checking out. You can find anything from silk to cashmere to jackets in here. Proper one-of-a-kind pieces that you can treasure forever.
7. Funky Seomra, Filmbase
This revolutionary take on Irish nightlife advertises a strict no drugs or alcohol policy and simply provides a venue in which the masses can have good clean fun.
The event also boasts a Speciality Tea Bar, massage and shiatsu area, chill out spaces with comfy couches and an organic cafe. What more could you want? Tickets can be bought here.
Located in Filmbase, Curved Street, Temple Bar, Dublin 2, Funky Seomra is open from 9pm – 2.30am.
