It Ain’t Gonna Be Easy To Get Home This Eve

Friday at last…

As we all pull a runner and leg it out of the office, take note of the following public transport delays: 

• Luas: delays to the Luas Red Line following an earlier incident. 
• DART: delays of up to 20mins to some DART services due to passenger requiring medical assistance earlier.

Traffic:

• Leaving Dublin, it’s slow on the Naas Rd outbound from the Long Mile Rd jct to the Red Cow Interchange. Further along, it’s slow from after Newlands Cross Flyover past J2 Kingswood. On the N7/M7 southbound, traffic is very busy in parts from before J7 Kill past J10 Naas South. 

• Traffic is heavy on the Chapelizod Bypass from just after the Con Colbert Rd jct to The Oval. Then there are reports of a break down in the bus lane on the Lucan Rd outbound near the Kennelsfort Rd jct. Further out on the N4/M4, it’s slow in parts from the M50 Interchange to J5 Leixlip.
