PICS: Dublin Fire Brigade Battled Two Major Blazes Late Last Night

Alana Laverty

It was a busy one for Dublin Fire Brigade last night.

Crews from Dún Laoghaire, Donnybrook, Tallaght and Tara Street stations attended a derelict building on fire in Loughlinstown.

It took five fire engines and one foam tender truck to get the blaze under control.

Elsewhere, two units from Rathfarnham and Dolphin’s Barn tackled dressing rooms that were ablaze in Bushy Park.

Crews used a concrete saw to gain access to the building and then managed to get the fire under control.

Incredible effort.
