Stranded Due To The Luas Strike? Here’s How You Can Get A Free Lift To Work

fiodhna_hm

It’s estimated that 180,000 people will be affected daily by the current 48 hour Luas strike. Commuters will be forced to make other arrangements, with delays expected across the county as more people hop in their cars.

However, there’s some good Samaritans out there trying to alleviate the situation while the Luas drivers strike in the hopes of reaching a pay agreement…

Spin 1038 are offering free transport today and tomorrow to anyone affected by the strike. From early each morning, the Spinis will be on the road around the Red and Green Luas lines to help as many stranded commuters as possible to get to work. They will also have our free Spin branded buses going along the Luas lines and into town.

So, if you’re stuck for a lift to work this morning just tweet @spin1038 with your lift request using the hashtag #SpiniLift and Spin1038 will do their best to get you to work on time!

Pretty nifty, eh?
