You probably haven’t heard of Edgar Allan – but you might have spotted him popping up on our ‘Photo of the Day’ feature quite regularly.
And with good reason.
The Lithuanian freelance photographer has been snapping the city since he moved here 10 years ago, and boy does he make it pop in some of these shots.
