It has been reported that Aer Lingus has axed its proposed summer 2017 service from Dublin to Porto, Portugal due to lack of demand.
Speaking to Independent.ie today, the airline said:
“The Dublin-Porto service will no longer operate this summer as planned.”
“This is due to insufficient demand to sustain the route.”
Guests who have already booked the aformentioned flights can either book an alternative route or request a refund.
For those interested in visiting the Portugese city, Ryanair currently operates two Dublin-Porto flights a week.
