Since 2005, the Puppy Bowl has been aired on Super Bowl Sunday as an alternative choice for anyone who finds teeny, tiny canines scrambling about more entertaining than sports.

Shockingly enough, that apparently describes quite a few of us, with millions of viewers expected to tune into the Animal Planet event on the 7th of February.

Think life couldn't possibly get better? Try this on for size.

This year's show will also include a new extraordinary feature that sets it apart from previous: viewers will have the option to watch it in 360 degree virtual puppy reality!

Ahh jaysus.

This year’s game has a starting line up ranging from 84 highly adoptable pups from 44 different pounds across the United States.

Puppies, competition and all watchable from your own home - I mean, what more could you want?
