Several fires have broken out in Dublin due to the warm weather, according to Dublin Fire Brigade.
Taking to Twitter, the lads at Dublin Fire Brigade, said they would be expecting more fires as the warmer weather kicks in next week.
They also warn that cigarettes can easily cause fires in sunny weather.
“Firefighters from Tallaght & Dolphin’s Barn stns attended this field fire near Liffey Valley last night. With our friends in @WeatherRTE predicting sunny weather, we’re expecting more of these fires. Cigarettes can easily cause a fire like this, be aware if you’re out and about.”

They said that the fire was about 6 acres of freshly cut hay, but thankfully, the landowner created a fire-break before it spread to the rest of the field.
The fire in #Lucan was about 6 acres of freshly cut hay well alight. Great work done by the landowner to create a fire-break with a #JCB to prevent the fire spreading to the whole field. Units from Tallaght and Dolphin’s Barn attended. #fire pic.twitter.com/4fH7PIEMfK
