You Seriously Have To Try This Guinness Chocolate Lava Cake

With St Patrick’s day fast approaching we thought it was only right that we asked Chef Adrian to put his own unique Irish twist on a classic dessert. 

What he came up with is the Guinness Lava cake – which really couldn’t be much easier to make.

The beauty of it is that the Guinness doesn’t overpower the whole dessert but simply adds a beautiful subtle and velvety texture. Get in.
