Pope Francis says his goodbyes to Ireland this evening but traffic restrictions will remain in place tomorrow.
The Controlled Access Area around the Phoenix Park will stay in effect until Tuesday morning at 7am. There will be no access for vehicles, pedestrians or cyclists to the park during this time.

Commuters are advised that traffic is likely to be heavier than it has been all summer with some schools returning after the break.
