No matter how many warnings we hear, there’s always some each eejits who take everything as a challenge.
Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council has reported that some people have been spotted swimming at Seapoint despite the fact winds have already noticeably picked up before Ophelia lands in Dublin around 1pm.

Beggars belief that some dopes would put the lives of the already stretched emergency services in danger.
Cop on lads.
We advise you to stay indoors and stay safe. Please STAY AWAY from beaches, piers, promenades and cliff edges. #Ophelia
