A Beaut €125 Million Development Is Set For Dublin’s Docklands

A stunning €125 million development is set for City Quay in the Dublin Docklands, it has today been announced by the City Development Fund. 

According to The Irish Times, the development is set for completion next year and will employ up to 350 people during construction and delivery. 

Irish Life is to pre-fund the development, which has already been pre-let to professional services firm, Grant Thornton. 

It’s due for completion in May 2018 and will be located at 13-18 City Quay.
