Fuppin Delish is a new Mexican pop-up that you’re gonna wanna have on your radar.
And where better to hold a pop-up than in Bang Bang in Phibsborough?
Fuppin Delish will take over our favourite D7 cafe for three evenings throughout September.
There will be two sittings per day on September 2nd, 16th and 30th.
Sittings are at 6-8pm and 8-10pm.
It’s €25 for a set tasting menu which will change throughout the month and there’ll be vegan, veggie and gluten-free options.
Fuppin Delish is also BYOB, with mixers on hand soon, such as micheladas mix, homemade cola and special margarita mixes.
“We’re hoping to get a new take on Mexican moving away from burritos and tex mex to things like light bright tacos, tortas, pambozas, elotes and huaraches.”
