Irish Hollywood star Saoirse Ronan has put her home in the heart of Howth on the market.
The modern home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac right at Howth village and is just a stone’s throw from the sea.
The two-time Oscar nominee bought the three-bedroom terrace house at the start of 2013 with a price tag of €334,000. Now four years later, the Ladybird star has put the stunning house on sale for €495,000.

The Independent reported that Saoirse Ronan recently purchased a house for more than €1 million down the coast in Greystones in Wicklow, so the star’s definitely moving up in the world.
