Buying a first home is one of the most important milestones in life but the process does come with a lot of questions.
Thankfully, at the AIB Livin Dublin Summit, all of these queries can be answered under one roof! Following on from the huge success of our previous events, we’ve teamed up with AIB again to bring you an evening with all the info you need to get your foot on the property ladder.
Taking place at CHQ Building on Thursday April 11, the event will feature a panel of expert speakers from areas such as architecture, estate agents, quantity surveying and construction. As well as that, AIB will have mortgage advisors on hand to offer one-to-one consultations.
Here’s what you can expect.
Speakers will include architect and RTÉ Home Of The Year judge Declan O’Donnell (above), as well as experts from the areas of quantity surveying, mortgages and estate agents. Also, Owen Reilly (below), director of Owen Reilly Estate Agents will be on hand to give expert advice to attendees.
This combination of industry experts and the helpful AIB homes team make this the ultimate one-stop-shop for those seeking to buy a home, no matter what stage of the process they are at.
It will all be brought together by RTÉ’s Kathryn Thomas, who will be on MC duties for the night.
