Good news for animal lovers as Dublin Zoo is offering half-price tickets for adults, children and families to celebrate World Animal Day.

The offer, which covers this coming weekend as well as the weekend of October 12 and 13, will enable visitors to gain entry for half of what they’d usually pay.

This is in honour of World Animal Day on October 4.

Having just welcomed a little Rothschild giraffe calf, this would be the perfect family day out.

Tickets must be bought in person as the deal isn’t available online and only applies to adult, children and family passes.
