8 Places To Meet Your Mates For A Major Rollover Today

Sarah

We know it’s probably been a faaaairly saucy weekend, but sure you can’t end it all now can you? It’s not what Paddy would have wanted.

There’s nothing better than a Sunday rollover to keep the good vibes going before we have to crawl into work with our heads hanging low — but sure look, enjoy your freedom while you can.

Here’s 8 of the best places to carry on from the night before, with solid music and tasty foods to cure all.

Hang in their soldier, today the sesh battle must continue.

1. The Bloody Stream – Howth

Sunday 19th – Prawn Festival Closing Party

Live Music with ‘Jimmy Coup’ in their beer garden from 4-7pm, and then it’s ‘The Sunday Sesh’ with Dj Bob McDonnell from 10pm till late.

You can also catch them in the Prawn Festival Food Tent selling delicious Prawn Dishes.

2. The Square Ball – Hogan Place

This sports bar is open from noon today with Fowl Play serving food all day, and Tullow Tank sambos to boot.

They’ll have the sports on the big screen and more games than you can think of.

3. The Barge – Charlemont St

It’s a Sunday Jam session in the Small Bar from 8pm ’til late, and these acoustic tunes will soothe your soul.

The Barge will also be serving up tasty Paddy’s Day eats.

4. Cassidys – Camden St

A solid choice for a rollover that won’t be too insane, Cassidy’s will sort you out with a great Guinness.

There’ll be live music with their Sunday Trad Session, and some grub on offer too.

5. Smyths – Ranelagh

As a Facebook reviewer once said: “Great place and excellent staff. You never have to leave your seat!”

Oh yes, this is a good spot alright. Live tunes on a Sunday too wouldja be well.

6. O’Neills – Dun Laoghaire

This spot has been serving GREEN pints for Paddy’s weekend – madness.

If you can’t stomach that for your rollover then they have a special Whiskey Still from 7-9pm, and Bingo upstairs.

7. The Back Page – Phibsborough

The Back Page Market is on today, with gaming competitions, full pizza and brunch menu, drinks deals, and DJs from 12pm.

Their food is TO DIE FOR and it’s such a friendly place to spend the day.

8. Pygmalion – South William St

Pyg Sunday’s is bringing 40% off drinks all day long (yaaaas!) and music from drum ‘n’ bass/Dubstep DJ Martyn for some rhythmic melodies from 6pm.

Is it even a rollover if you don’t have a Pygtail outside here? Exactly.

Enjoy the wild life you kraaazy kats <3
