The Most Expensive Place To Live In Dublin Has Been Revealed

Living in Dublin is damn expensive, especially if you’re saving up to buy a gaff.

Renting prices are at an all time high and more and more people are trying to make the move from tenant to home owner. Only problem is, buying a house is pricey AF.

Daft.ie recently released a Wealth Report detailing the most expensive places to live in Ireland.

This year, Sandycove is topping the charts and it’s no surprise.

Sandycove’s a gorge spot. It’s got fab swimming spots, beaut houses, it’s away from the hustle and bustle of the city and it’s scenic as hell. Every time I walk through it I feel like I’m on my holidays, it really is a stunning place.

Would I be interested in buying property there though? Definitely not, with the current prices.

The average house in Sandycove will set you back €910,000 – Ouch!

If you’re looking to live amongst millionaires, maybe get invited to an incredible dinner party, Dalkey is the place for you. There’s currently 609 millionaries living there at the moment.

I’ll definitely be popping down there for a nosey soon.

The study also found that on average, 12 residential properties worth one million are sold every week.

Anyone else questioning their entire life existence?
