PICS: Behind This Door Lies Dublin’s Tiniest Apartment

Alana Laverty

They say size doesn’t matter…

But when it comes to living space we don’t really tend to agree.

We’ve seen some seeeeriously scabby ‘studio’ apartments in Dublin recently.

And while this isn’t the worst of the worst – it’s still teeeensy.

And for €1,190 a month, you’d at least want to be able to swing a cat in there.

Judging from these pics – you most likely won’t be able to.

Located on Moyne Road, between Ranelagh and Rathmines, the ad describes the gaff as “newly renovated” one bedroom bright, garden-level apartment.

It’s minutes from Beechwood Luas station – which is great.

It has wooden floors, a garden and a “good-sized living room and separate kitchen, bedroom and shower room”.

It also has a washing machine, oven, a hob and microwave.

This place will “suit one person or couple”.
