This looks too good to be true but it’s not. Caramel, biscuits, bananas, cream. All together. Oh baby. It’s so easy you might run the risk of making these every day and winding up on the brink of obesity but sure one or two won’t do you any harm. Take it away, Emma.
Smear a blob of caramel on a digestive biscuit.
Add some sliced banana on top of the caramel.
Heap on a blob of whipped cream.
Grate some chocolate on top.
Ready to serve. Dig in!
