AND it only takes a few minutes to make. Wow your mates, dates and everything in between with this super easy, super chocolatey post-dinner treat.
Instructions
Step 1
Open your packet of Oreos, split the biscuit in half and the creamy filling into a bowl. Place the rest of the Oreos (the hard biscuit outsides) into a pestle and mortar and grind it all up.
Step 2
Pour the crushed Oreos back into bowl and add butter. Get yourself a martini glass and place a tablespoon full of ground Oreo and butter mixture into the bottom. Refrigerate this for 15 minutes.
Step 3
In a bowl, empty the contents of a tub of whipped cream, and to that add a heaped tablespoon of cream cheese and sugar. Mix together gently until it makes a soft and fluffy mixture. Add the Irish cream liqueur and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Take out the crushed Oreo-filled martini glass again, and fill the rest of it with the cream cheese mixture. Smooth the top down and use crushed chocolate shavings to decorate the top.
