Xico Is Throwing A Massive Cinco De Mayo Party This Week

If you’re looking for an excuse to blow off some steam and you’re a lover of Mexican food, this party marking Cinco de Mayo should be right up your alley.

Lower Baggot Street’s underground Mexican joint Xico is celebrating its heritage with a party dedicated to Mexico’s most famous feast day, and it’ll run from May 5 to May 7. 

The bar, which is modelled on some of the edgiest Mexican bars of London and NYC, will be celebrating all things Mexican with piñatas, moustaches, and maracas. You can also expect live entertainment every night of the fiesta, including a mariachi band. Doesn’t get much more Mexican than that.

And considering our very own Niall Harbison named it one of the best spots to eat Mexican in Dublin, we can safely say you’ll enjoy the food on offer.
