Chris Rock hosted the Oscars last night and during his opening monologue he addressed the diversity issue that rocked Hollywood this year.

While the comedian had fun in his speech, like when he fired shots at the Kevin Hart for taking his roles, he did make serious comments on how it is only on the 88th Oscars that the #OscarsSoWhite controversy came to the fore.
