We’re already into the second round of matches in the Rugby World Cup, and just six games in five weeks stand between the boys in green and a place in history.
So while we all get excited about the games ahead, we thought we’d take a look behind the scenes and see what the lads get up to when they’re not crushing the opposition.
As you can see it is all hard work, weights and drills to get them ready for the challenges that await.
