Behind The Scenes: The Irish Rugby Team Are Training Hard Ahead Of The Weekend

We're already into the second round of matches in the Rugby World Cup, and just six games in five weeks stand between the boys in green and a place in history.

So while we all get excited about the games ahead, we thought we'd take a look behind the scenes and see what the lads get up to when they're not crushing the opposition.

As you can see it is all hard work, weights and drills to get them ready for the challenges that await.

Sean O'Brien has gone as far as growing a third leg to help in the next game

Our man Jamie is busting a gut and looks like he's about to explode

There's a lot of time to kill but they've got all sorts of entertainment

Hopefully Zebo doesn't get snapped up by Man United...

Paul O'Connell, of course, is just laying around taking it easy

While the Kearneys are just hanging around being good looking

And Sean Cronin is just happy to get his clean jocks back because he was running out

The forwards seem to be putting in huge effort... standard, really

Keep pushing hard lads; we're all right behind you over the coming weeks. #COYBIG
